Personality and Attitudinal Based Assessments


  • Personality based assessments such as Myers Briggs and D.I.S.C are very valuable tools that pinpoint certain personality types so that people can have more of an understanding about what their strengths and weaknesses are. By understanding your personality and how it relates to what you do, you can adapt your behavior to "work with what you have," to function effectively.

  • The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (E.L.I) is an Attitudinal Assessment, which is based on an Energy/Action Model. This assessment differs from personality assessments as it is not intended to label a person and have them work well within that label. Instead it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and how you perceive your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. Combined with coaching you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your awareness, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an Energy/Action Model. It measures your energy based on an attitude, or perception, and perspective of your world. As part of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and debrief process, you'll learn about the 7 levels of leadership and how much energy you currently have in the suppressing range and in the inspirational range. DiSC Core Assessments:

The DISC assessment is the most widely used behavior profiling tool of it's kind. Our DISC online assessment is an invaluable behavior profiling system that teaches users how to identify - and use to their advantage the predictable aspects of communication. HARTMAN VALUE PROFILE (HVP) - Measures Thinking Styles  - The Hartman Value Profile (HVP) assessment offers the critical third piece to the human puzzle. Based upon Robert S. Hartman's formal axiology, this unique assessment measures each individual's problem solving skills and ability to avoid the blindspots associated with situational bias. In essence the HVP assessment measures, with uncanny accuracy, an individual's critical thinking, judgment and decision making.


Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) Measures Emotional Intelligence Styles - The Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) assessment helps users understand the correlation between the way they apply their current EIQ and the outcome of their interactions with others.
